Instructor

Kristie White, President, HRPMO Inc.

Kristie started her career as a Human Resources practitioner serving in positions heavily involved in projects and technology. This exposure led her to project management while an HR Manager because of the numerous projects that her HR Department conducted such as self-directed 401k investing, technical open enrollment, HR newsletters, and mergers and acquisitions. Kristie loved it all and started her business to stay in project work. This led to working closely with Finance and Information Technology professionals, using business analysis and analytical tools to conduct assessments of Human Resources Operations, develop cost/benefit analyses and total cost of ownership projections and work with HRIS and ERP implementations. She has completed multiple assessments resulting in strategic recommendations, root cause analysis, business case development and executive presentations. Kristie has worked within many industries including healthcare, government, higher education, chemical, software, food services, and professional employers organizations (PEOs).  Through her experience in the field working with clients, Kristie learned the value of analytical skills applied to Human Resources challenges and realized her HR colleagues needed greater opportunities to train in these critical business skills. As founder of HRPMO University, she strives to deliver this training.
